Digital Trunked Radio System/Interoperability Survey for Future Grant Funding
Contact: David W. Holm, DOLA, David.Holm@state.co.us
To be able to adjust the resources needed for interoperable telecommunications in Colorado, there needs to be a complete snapshot of the Colorado Digital Trunked Radio System. To most effectively gather that information, each county, municipality and special district with emergency services responsibilities is requested to take a brief survey linked below.
It should have someone familiar with your local telecommunications assets only 15 to 20 minutes to participate. The data gathered will help Colorado collectively improve its interoperability for emergencies and disasters and provide needed data to assist in obtaining relevant federal grants.
If possible, one consolidated response per county, municipality or district would be appreciated, but if necessary inputs can be broken down by agency.
Please take the few minutes needed to complete the survey by April 30, 2008. Go to survey: https://dola.colorado.gov/dem_survey/public_safety.
Should you have any questions or need additional information, please contact or your local DEM field manager or David Holm, david.holm@state.co.us.
Thank you!
