Does anyone know why it appears that the northwest ground sector is being run on 118.575 instead of 121.8?

I'm not around that area so I don't know, but it could just be a back up frequency being used for some reason. Maybe interferance in the area? or maybe the transmitter went out? could be a number of reasons.

It must not be planed, because there's no NOTAM.
