I'm aware that due to topography in the City of Dubuque, there are two EDACS systems just in that city. Think they are 4 which is a RACOM one and then 30, which is the one licensed to the Co. 911 board.

I was at a meeting today in DBQ and took my 396 with me. While it was parked on the City/County System (which I think is called system 30) I was missing traffic and or replies to traffic.

It seems that the information differs between here and the Live Dubuque Scanner website, as well as some others, particularly for the city-owned or county-owned system.

Can someone please advise me of the correct LCN orders for those systems, particularly 30? Thanks!!!

Back on Dec 9, I received a submission to update site 30.
System 1130 (Dubuque, IA)

Channel 4 moved to Channel 9
Channel 7 moved to Channel 10

I believe this submission was created by the person that runs the online scanner site for Dubuque. So I am guessing that the listing here on RadioReference is correct, and he hasn't updated his list on his site.

Which did you have programmed in?

I submitted that when they first made the change and has been correct since I last checked around new years. I'll have to check and see if it has happend, but LCNS 4 and 7 on system 30 were to be replaced with freqs below 860Mhz when the rebanding was complete.

I haven't bothered to update my site as all the information just gets copied by people and submited here anyway. I see they've even copied some of my unverified and now confirmed incorrect information and submitted it here.
