Am at this time hearing Springfield Mo Detatchment on 42.06 mhz. (WVSP Freq) I have also heard it at around 1400hrs to 1900hrs for several days this past week. Once then, it lasted just a few minutes. I don't have any tones enabled.

Ahhhhh - good ole low band. Sometime ago - early 90's - summertime , I believe early morning - I picked up the California Highway Patrol. A uniden bearcat and an outside antenna. Just seaqrching the bands - - - And I picked them up loud and clear.
