Narrowbanding doesn't require a frequency change.

As far as I know, they both have re-programmed their radio systems to narrowband already. Same frequency & PL/DPL tones, just the audio might sound a hare lower.

We have toggled our scanner mode type to "NFM" in our Uniden BCD996XT's. So it adjusts the scanner audio levels (the speaker) so one is not low, and a wideband user is then loud - when various users talk.

I already have the scanner set up to detect the audio to auto and from what ecps92's communicated, there is no need for Dudley or Webster to change frequencies.
