Politicians can screw up anything and it looks like they've done a superb job of screwing this up! Of course what do you expect from democrats which control Illinois politics!

Actually, It does not matter if your democrat or republican when it comes to technical managing of public saftey equiptment, either side will mess it up since the only really good thing they are good at is screwing the people out of money in which ever state they are running.
