DuPage Sheriff - StarCom Update

For all of you in the know, when will the Dupage Sheriff be switching to StarCom? I can't get a straight answer from anyone, including the DSO radio boss. It seems pretty strange to me that the largest department in Dupage County has yet to start training any of employees. More politics?

Could be anyone's guess. The only thing I can tell you from public documents is that everyone should be switched over by the end of the year.
