Does SCHP CH 145 Air to Ground and Medtrans Regional One Helicopter actually use the same TG ID 03856?

03856 is a SC Air Common ID - Any aircraft can use it. Its Regional One that uses it more than anyone else. I rarely hear them on 50928 anymore.
