Being that the county is going to be suppling the initial load out of radios, I don’t think it’s going to be an issue.

It looks like they are moving to MotoTRBO.

They are for their business subscribers and non-public safety. But several PS still using EDACS, primarily off Beacon and Highland....City POK, Town POK, T/Fishkill, C/Beacon, Hyde Park, select DCSO, etc.

Their Trbo system replaced the LTR system.

Once Dutchess’s system is online the only PS agencies that will be on Edacs will be a few of the Ulster Police agencies.
