DVB-T on RTLSDR windows 11 drivers not working

Hi there,
im trying to install the DVB-T drivers . but just unable to ..
the only thing thats working is the areialtv app on android ..
i didnt manage to get it working on linux with kaffiene either ..
can any1 help please?
