I'm looking to listen to this stuff LOL, as it is a lot of fun. Can this generally be found on "TAC" channels? I'm in the Rochester, NY area if that helps narrow it down. .... I remember hearing this stuff (at least prostitution busts) back in the analog days and it was a blast to listen to. Thanks for any tips!!

You may want to have a mod move this to the New York forum for more knowledgeable replies. That said, Monroe County seems to be moving to a Phase 2 P25 system that shares with Ontario County. At this point, nothing seems to be encrypted and, given a P2 capable scanner, you should be able to monitor these frequencies.
