I tried searching to see if this has been brought up before, but I could not find anything, so here it goes.
On my usual daily commute home this afternoon, I sat in traffic trying to read my scanner screen but, due to bright sun, glare & bad eyes, I had a difficult time of it. Then a though occurred to me, what if the scanner screen was e-paper...like a Kindle screen?
Keep in mind that I do not own a Kindle, so I have no idea of the science/technology/application of e-ink and e-readers, so I have absolutely no idea if it is even feasible, BUT, it would be nice to have a screen that is easy to read in bright light with bad eyes!
