Earphone plug on BCD996T doesn't work.Tried two different earphones on it. The earphone works in the external speaker jack(black) in the back of the set.
Will using the external speaker jack affect the scanner? Is there anyway to resolve the problem with the earphone plug on the lower right front of the scanner.
