• Effective immediately we will be deleting, without notice, any negative threads or posts that deal with the use of encryption and streaming of scanner audio.

We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

If you violate these guidelines your post will be deleted without notice and an infraction will be issued. We are not against discussion of this issue. You just need to do it in the right place. For example:

That's odd, You'd think Florida would have enough problems with
hurricanes like the rest of the Gulf Coast. I mean you never think of
earthquakes in the gulf especially off the coast of Florida. I hope
there was not any damages. Makes me glad I live in Louisiana where
all we have is hurricanes. I believe it has something to do with the
silt at the mouth of the Mississippi and in the soil composition.

Ground is moving under me,
like a wave out on the sea.
Lava's flowing very hot,
love me now or love me not.
I don't know,
oh I don't know.
I don't know,
where I'm a gonna go,
when de volcano blow.

Ah, nobody will really miss Florida. Besides, it makes the map of North America look obscene.
