Tables in the radio programming. Yes channel ID Tables, sorry. I NAS and it’s following the TGs but not passing audio. I’m guessing the system ID is different. I’ll have to check what I have when I get home.
The System ID is the same as the rest of the STARNet ASTRO 25 system...BEE00-942. Band plan is the same. Does your radio have TDMA?

Can I search for used frequencies on this mess
What "mess" are you talking about? The frequencies for the ECEN cell of the STARNet system are in the RRDB, there is nothing to search for.

Med channels have not been in use for Columbia in forever. Montour I don't think has been using them since the merger either.

Yeah I know Union uses Med 11 for their EMS Ops but I was specifically talking about Montour and Columbia UHF.

A fire Chief from Montour co said that Ems channels are programmed in their P25 radios but the comm center may still have a med radio there yet

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I have a 996p2 scanner and have most of the Columbia/Montour Frequencies into my scanner including 46.12 in which on that frequency I hear bits and pieces and I hear tones every once in a while but not sure what I heard it on specifically. What I want to know is, what Control Channels for the towers and what towers of the Starnet I have to program and if I have to program it like I did for Northumberland County system? So create a new system and then put the frequencies in for the towers. I programmed my scanner manually and well with Columbia/Montour I am lost on what I have to program in. Can anyone help?

look at this page: PA-STARNet P25: Pennsylvania Statewide Radio Network Site: ECEN Simulcast

. The two red CCs are the only ones you need to add. Then add whatever TGs listed on the main page from ECEN
