Here are some some Unidentified talk-groups I have found while running Pro96Com over night in Isanti county. I am not sure what all of them are but I have programed them in so I can listen and find out.

6646 - Kanabec Channel?
6670 - Kanabec Channel?

24202 - Area DOT?

43200 - Morrison County?
43202 - Morrison County?
43248 - Morrison County?

198 - DOT? or DOC?
200 - DOT? or DOC?

I will post any more I find.

Put all the ones I did not have in "test" bank in there...

43200 is Fire Ops... county??? They were working grass fire NE of Princeton (In Isanti Co) and I heard Mille Lacs on there, but told in another thread they are looking at Aug for ARMER, so.. Still up in the air.

Unknows off of Anoka Site

I switched over to the Anoka Site for the morning and found these added Talkgroups. I will be listening for the rest of the day and see what I hear.

8000 - ?
8002 - ?
8004 - ?

43248 - according to my Channel Grant trace has been active this morning.

8000 series talkgroups are radio techs

Do they still use 453.650 or strictly ARMER now? I have the pleasure of working in there periodically... the less periodically the better!!

I think they are dropping VHF and UHF as they move to 800. The entire Lino Lake VHF system was auctioned off last fall.

Sytem Techs

8000 series talkgroups are radio techs

43200, 43202, & 43248 - seem to be in testing right now. The same radio has been transmitting on it and de-affiliating and re-affiliating. The radio ID's correspond to Radio Tech radios and State Radios

All the Radio Tech Talk groups are lower in Talkgroup Ranges
8000, 8002, 8004 - also seem to be in testing by the radio techs.

I also found 2115 - I believe this is Lakes Region EMS Dispatch

Lakes Region is dispatched by North Memorial.
2042 is Lakes
2044 is North Memorial Forest Lake
These talkgroups are often times patched together.
2115 is most likely the Anoka talkgroups for Lifelink iii - the are in the process of moving all operations from UHF LTR to ARMER.

Allina is the project manager for this system build.
I have seen the following ID's
107380, 107386, 107388, 107389, 107404 which I believe are new ID's, the closest Lakes region ID's I have are 107296-107309.

2115 is definitely Life Link III. I'm hearing their fixed wing aircraft, but haven't heard the helicopters yet.

If 198 is Rush City Prison, 200 could be Willow River/Moose Lake Prisons. If it is, Please let me know.

I've got a month or so of Pro96Com data from the Biscay (McLeod County) site if anyone wants it. The vast majority of it is State Patrol & DOT, but there's also some LifeLink and others in it. I've been waiting for our local agencies to start testing, we go live in July.
