East Hampton TRS site 2

I was out in Noyack yesterday and tried to pick up site 2 the 800mhz site of the east hampton trs and didn't get anything on any of the 5 frequencies listed on their fcc license. Does anyone know the status of the 800mhz site, are they abandoning the site in favor of only utilizing the 700mhz site.
