PD & FD Analog Scanning went dead on 3/11/2021 In East Haven, Ct. Just hearing what appears to be digital noise. Anyone have any information on what digital mode is being used? Thank you.

Conventional so Phase 1 only. Yes ITC so far as much as I heard, but I'm sure there is the capability to go the other way. But its not strapped at least.

Sounds good. Thank you for your research. Looks like with phase 1, I can look for some thing “used” to monitor without breaking the bank.

the 325 is a good buy. You can get them for around 300-400 on amazon. Price search around the net.
the 325 does phase 2 also so it'll be good for clmrn depending on your location - if you really want to listen to it.
FD is still 453.5625 P25 Nac 442

I’m kind of low spot, and can have a little trouble monitoring outside my area. CSP is also using CLMRN correct? Thanks

And I also recommend the 325P2 which does an excellent job of receiving CLMRN and CSP.

I haven't had a chance to update the scanner yet, but have the fireground channels gone digital also?

It has been reported that frequency has not changed, (453.5625) but has changed to; P25 Nac 442. I can not personally confirm this.
