Started playing with DSDPlus again:
From several hours of monitoring, this appears to be CMC Steel Arizona which produce rebar and a few other items.

I'm not very good at manual programming my BCD436HP, made favorite list, setup as conventional system, it's the only way I got the radio to work.
This system is very busy.

I have tried that as well, confusing. Even after watching many videos. Everyone shows but they do not explain the concept and what is needed and why.

So I came across 464.575 while scanning and as noted, it was pretty busy. I was hearing data bursts and sometimes I seemed to be hearing half a conversation, so I thought perhaps it's a system.

The database search lead to the license WQJW700 for "Commercial Metals Company" but Google Maps shows "CMC Steel Arizona" and "Mesa TMS International" at the address listed in the FCC license.

The license shows 6 UHF repeater output frequencies at 100w, so I dumped those into a SDS100. A LCN search found 4 of them, I suspect it's the same 4 frequencies that the OP listed.

Definitely lots of different talk groups in use, so far I haven't been able to get a handle on what most of them are for.

The license also includes a bunch of VHF frequencies, I plan on checking those for traffic in the near future.
