East Orange Talk ID 368

Last night I was listening to a lot of action in East Orange. There was someone who went and tried to stab a few people among other things. All the talk groups showing up were in my scanner.

Today I was scanning again, and tried switching into ID Search (Not sure if it was set before). But there is transmissions in this new talk group ID 368. Anyone figure out what this is yet?

Tried searching but didn't return anything.

Last night they were all using the regular talk IDs. Tonight I just got a conversation on ID 8208. Haven't heard enough to figure out what these are.
