i am new to the scanner world and i have been looking very where to try and get the frequency for east providence ch3. does anyone know it.

It's a Riscon talkgroup , It is encrypted ,not possible to monitor.

EPPD Channel 2 and 3 are both encrypted on RISCON system now. The old UHFs have gone silent.
