Guys I know in the database is shows the frequencies but I was told they went encrypted. True or untrue?

Yeah I forgot about that forum. I don’t come on here too much anymore.

Just heard ERPD in the clear. The operate on 3 channels, they were having issues with Ch 1 and were using one of the others. I know Rutherford is encrypted, but you will hear them in cars and or portable radios in the clear at times on RPD Ch 2 because they are on the wrong channel and the desk receives both, so you only hear one side of the conversation.
