I thought I have heard units in the "700" series .. any idea what community this is ?

7xx would normally be Richmond Heights.

Were you listening to the testing on the 700 MHz system or did this traffic occur on the usual 800 MHz MARCS system?

On the MARCS 800 ... I have EastComm on my normal listening .. but I primarily listen to Summit / Portage .. so I didn't catch all the radio traffic .. but I was pretty sure they were calling out 700 series apparatus.

I'm hearing radio traffic for EastCom tonight with unit prefixes and base as "14" ... any idea what community this is ... Have not heard this radio traffic before.

They were definitely on EastCom / MARCS TGs last night .... not the dispatch announcement, but the en-route, ops etc radio traffic.

they were on marcs because maybe going to a mutual aid call so they could talk to the units on that talkgroup i did install the radios in their vehicles last year.
