I was about to ask about the Eastern Net then I was glad to find your question. Unfortunately I can’t answer it because it’s tough for me to pick uP OMACS from my location. I can pick them up on the OKC system fairly well. But I’ve totally lost them on the analog frequencies they were simulcasting off of. I even took out the tones but still nothing. So I’m wondering if they’ve changed frequencies or are totally on digital now? But to your question dispatch sounds fine to me on the OKC system.
I use sentinel for my SDS200... I created a favorites List and call it OMACS... My experience has led me to appending the entire trunking system (OMACS) to the list and deleting the stuff I'm not interested in once in the favorite list. You need to retain the control and associated frequencies as well from the appended import. I do this for the P25II OKC system and save that as another favorite. I copied the entire Phase II line and deleted the agencies and municipalities I didn't want to hear on that particular list and made sure to retain the frequencies listed. This works very well and I select via a Favorite list what I want to hear at the time.
With help from a friend and a little bit of experimenting, I have ended up with the same solution as you i.e. covering the entire trunking system and then deleting what I don't need. Thanks for posting your experience.

Thanks for letting me know... with so much out there, it seems to me to be the best way to isolate what you want to hear from other agencies you don't at a given time.
And I’ll just throw this out there since OMACS has been mentioned if anyone is interested, Midwest City Police is not on OMACS. Still using their 800MHz analog non trunked frequencies. Just an FYI.
