I've noticed that a feed's first archive file after midnight (for feeds in the Eastern time zone) doesn't show up right away. What seems to happen is that the file is made available at the same time as the next file around 30 minutes later, so an 11:31 PM-12:01 AM file won't be available until the 12:01-12:31 file is posted. Is this something that can be fixed?
