Eastern Will County Question

Are all of the Eastern Will County police agencies (Beecher, Crete, Monee, Peotone, Steger, South Chicago Hts, University Park) encrypted on StarCom? I know most of the PDs dispatched by Laraway Communications are for the most part clear, but I was curious about the East side specifically. I will be in the area next week. Thanks

Yes they are encrypted. They have encrypted everything for LE and even some FD stuff to.
