and based on antenna direction and signal strength, very likely NOT Easton PD as we hear them on Analog.
Not enough traffic to ID who the P25 user is at this time... could be one of the Boston area Colleges based on my beam being Northerly

No, Easton is not digital, you were hearing Mass College of Art, who is now digital P25, with an NAC of 263.
Next time monitor the channel for a bit to confirm what you're hearing before jumping to conclusions.
