Eaton County Radio IDs

I live in Eaton County. I would like to have the Radio IDs for my surrounding cities. For example, when the Charlotte police deptartment calls dispatch and they say this is badge 6020. I want to know that 60 represents Charlotte. Where can I find those? Does anyone have a list? Thanks!
