I noticed I have not heard anything on this talkgroup for a few weeks now and just realized it. I used to hear it on the Diamondale tower.

I know they've been doing some work on towers and blanketing more of the area with the UHF in the first place - maybe they've covered it good enough that MSP doesn't need the retrans? I'll see what I can find.

With that tower having so much traffic, I would not be surprise they stopped the Simul.

For a week or so we'd been having an 'echo' effect on county fire in the south end of the county, as well as some sheriffs vehicles.
The notice we got is they thought it was the simulcast setup, and were shutting it down until fixed.
Now, that doesnt mean it WAS the problem...lol

I know they've been doing a lot of work in that area - what would be the issue for county fire if it wasn't that? It's not being rebroadcast on MPSCS as far as I know?
