Eau Claire Police Department Digital?

Has Eau Claire Police switched over to P25 digital and if so is it Phase 1 or Phase 2?

According to the database they are now using P25 digital. The license shows Phase1.

I read on a Facebook post that ECPD was "testing P25 for 30 days." That doesn't seem like the type of thing you "test" but what do I know. Today they are mainly back on analog. So maybe a mixed environment? Just hoping the dreaded "E" doesn't come about.

Looking to confirm if ECPD has completely switched over to P25 yet or still analog.

The last time I was down there it was pure analog. No digital at all.

Analog. Haven't heard any digital since "testing" back in December.
