EBRCS CC East Simulcast

For the life of me I can't pick up the east zone. picking up central with 5 bars but nada on east... Maybe I shouldn't *assume* but I am that livermore should be picking up this zone. Have tried different antennas with no dice.. Also there's a dupe in the DB 771.60625.. Should that be a different freq? Anyone have the current CC for CCEast?

Last I heard it is not all on the air yet. I think I heard only one site was on and not highland peak.
