EBRSO - APCO - 25 DETECTED

About two hours ago while visiting in BR, I was in "search" in EBRSO bank and a APCO - 25 signal, as verified by my 296D, appeared totally unexpectedly. It was like "241731" or something close and the conversation discussed child custody. I only heard it once but both sides and for about a minute.

The EBRSO has been mixed mode for quite some time with detective and other 'higher' level talkgroups on digital while regular dispatch and talk channels are still on analog. The RR database doesn't reflect which channels are using digital but you can find the information in David Hitchner's Baton Rouge Area Scanning page at-
