It appears the OKC ECC is testing the link radio to the DPS EMSA OKC TG. All transmissions were in analog.
I heard them say, "Oklahoma City ECC to OKC Dispatch how do you copy?" or something to that effect. They are using an ID in the 28000's for the link radio and 3572 for the dispatcher that answered.
