EDACS Alerting San Antonio

I have seen San Antonio EMS radios alert with a tone that appears to be generated on the radio (this is different than the dispatch tones which are still analog) when they have a call, but do not see any alerts in Unitrunker, etc. Any idea how this is being done?

You should see these alerts in the call history. However, this feature is seldom used. I don't recall SA ever using this before. Please post a decode log.
