EDACS and PRO-95

I have a Pro-95 scanner and I have recently configured it to scan the 800 mhz EDACS frequencies for my county (Hanover County, Virginia) and it doesn't really work. If you put the frequencies in FM mode you can hear them talking all the time, but they keep switching channels, but that is not what I need help with. When I have it is ED mode it hardly ever picks up anything and I have all of Hanover's Fleet-Subfleet codes programmed in and if it does pick up any talking it only shows the Id and I can't hear anything. What should I do?

It was that I was starting on channel 200 instead of 201! Simple but deadly!

Very astute Will, and you found that very quickly, it won't work very well unless programmed correctly. You're going to do well in scanning.
