EDACS in Newfoundland

Do anyone know any of the technicians who look after the EDACS system? Which agency owns and runs it? It would be neat as a radio enthusiast to see how it works behind the scene and learn more. Is it managed by a company like Bell or something? Has anyone ever seen the back end of these types of systems?

I am posting here since i'm sure someone knows
