From this webpage http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&sid=1579 I want to program in the EDACS Networked Standard for Hasting and surrounding areas. I am totally new to this type. If I enter in 860.41250 i hear talking but only if I have it on manual. If I scan I never hear anything.
If I program in 024 Ionia 01 853.56250 02 856.33750* 03 855.66250* (856.33750) i hear noise
if i do 031 Hastings 01 855.16250* 02 859.41250 03 860.41250* (860.41250) i only hear it is manual if i scan i get nothing.
And I see nothing for the talk id
