EDACS Scanners?

Hi Im looking for a good scanner that I can listen to Lake County Sheriffs office IL as well as my fire frequencys that is not on EDCAS. Thanks

You didn't say whether or not you want a handheld or base/mobile. So, I'm going to suggest RS Pro-164 ht, Pro-163 base/mobile. Uniden makes the 346XT ht, and the 15X base/mobile. There is the GRE PSR-310 ht, and the PSR-410 base/mobile. All around $200 or less.
Those all will receive EDACS and conventional frequencies that are in your area. I would suggest, because of ease of programming, the 163/164 radios.

Also on the pro 164 ht scanner can you monitor EDCAS and normal frequencys at the same time?
