When I program EDACS Standard Freq's into my Pro95 I know you leave the first slot (000) empty. Do I have to lock that slot out? or change it from defalt FM To EDACS? NAd what does Primary and Alternate control Freq's mean?

No.

No.

The system is normally broadcasting control channel data on the primary frequency, but from time to time the control channel is switched to the alternate frequency.

FFAndy, if you look in the database for the Washington DOT, there is somewhere in the middle of the page a list of VHF frequencies that rebroadcasts the LTR Multinet comms. You will not need to put in the multinet frequencies to hear the conversations. That will be your work around to hearing what's going on in the snowy NW;)

It done logicly?

FFAndy,
Don't forget to input the freqs in the "logical channel number" order. My 95 works pretty well in the K.C. edacs jungle.
