San antonio texas has a Edacs Radio System

My question the (WA SCAN) booting from site
lowest site to highest site this is the lockon sequence
this means in san antonio sites load in the order
outline tower first Then Primary Tower Sites Listed Below

013 (D) Cagnon (Outline Tower)
014 (E) Grey Forest (Outline Tower)
015 (F) Hill Country (Outline Tower)
016 (10) American Tower (Outline Tower)
017 (11) Topperwein (Outline Tower)
018 (12) Hallmark (Outline Tower)
021 (15) BLUE Simulcast (Primary Site)
022 (16) GOLD Simulcast (Primary Site)

??? (??) Scat Site (Mobile Emergency Site)

I have noted more talkgroups active on the (Outline Towers)
due to WA SCAN booting also the PRO-107 loads the tower in this order
is this correct the old config was sites 1-8 1-Blue/2-Gold/3-Cag/4-Gry/5-Hil/6-Amt/7-Top/8-Hm
this whould load the primary site first now it looks like the (Outline Tower) boot first

I'm sorry - I really haven't any idea what you are asking, so I'm going to take a guess - since this is the Harris forum you are trying to work out the order that a radio checks the WA SCAN list? If so, it's the order that it is listed in the box in RPM (at least the first time the radio turns on). After that, it starts where it left off the last time.

In the case of the San Antonio system, most traffic is steered to the central blue and gold simulcast sites, since they have lots of capacity and cover the most area. The outlier sites are there to provide fill-in coverage, and carry much more limited traffic.
