TRX-1: EDACS?

Trunk systems are still Black Magic to me, so please humor my question.

I am trying to program the Boston-area mass transit system, the MBTA, using Ez-Scan. The software finds the trunk system and lists it as EDACS, but has an "X" where you would select it, indicating that that type is not supported. I have imported other EDACS systems and they work, so what gives? Is there more than one EDACS standard? Is there a work around?

I usually get to Boston twice per month, obviously less with COVID, so checking to see if my latest programming tweak worked can be frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, so no amount of tweaking on my part will solve this problem. While that's not the answer that I wanted, at least I can stop banging my head against the wall - the wall is not going to give way.
