You can't tell If a particular freq is EDACS or not just by listening to it. It could be conventional, Motorola, or other systems. This site will tell you if a particular freq is EDACS. And yes, the freqs need to be in LCN, which is the order that the freqs need to be in. This site will tell you the order too. ALWAYS start with channel 1 in a bank with EDACS. Never start with channel 0.

There is no X to the right of the EDIT button. The delete function was disabled months ago.
