EDACS96 missing frequency for lcn4

I am new to this and after many hours I have it working, Two R820 sticks running with unitrunker and out to DSD+ . I am listening to Allegan county Public safety EDACS96 provoice . The data at R.R. is not all there for LCN 4 It is showing seven LCN and I have 6 of them filled in but 4 is showing hits but I cant hear without filling in the freq. The control channel is listed wrong also but I think It might change so I understand that. I also cant download the data for this system Like I can for others, It comes back with Please provide a SID for this system.

I got it now. its listed wrong. LCN 4 IS 858.9375 AND LCN 5 IS 859.2375
