I started scanning Jeffco DTR TG's about 15 minutes ago (after stumbling upon this article), everything is quiet as a mouse. Not a peep from the Edgewater PD T/G, and no calls to/from Edgewater 1600 units on the
primary dispatch channels. Also virtually nothing from any Jeffco Sheriff traffic, I also checked ALL public safety conventional channels in Jefferson County, also nothing. For those who might be up tonight, you might want to check out Aurora PD channels, they might be assisting

Edgewater police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Thursday evening.
The shooting took place around 25th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard, John Hough, Edgewater police chief confirmed.
