As I was told, this will tie directly into the NJICS like Union County did with their site.

The PD has been encrypted for more than a decade so I assume that will remain with the new system.

It is actually being discussed at this time between members of the Department's Brass whether it should go back to the clear, or stay in secure mode. No final decision has been made as of yet.
