eDispatches feeds

I don't understand why eDispatch has two feeds for the same frequency?? It has one for Westwood,NJ FIRE and one for Westwood,NJ AMBULANCE both are on 158.7600 and h ave the same audio. I'm wondering if 166.2500 could be added to the Westwood Fire feed since it's their fireground

I'm not knowledgeable on eDispatch, but it seems to be tied to agencies instead of counties or frequency. A feed might come along as part of a package of services provided to an agency. I'm guessing.
