I saw a Global interview last night with the spokesman of the Edmonton Humane Society. Shawna was holding a large looking portable radio. I couldn't find anything on TAFL so they must be on some RCC. I don't think they are on the EDACS Animal Control, Community Standards and Park Rangers dispatch group although the pound is right next door to them.

Any idea?
