Basic info about the MABAS system for Effingham County. There are a couple of radio channels listed. I think this info pretty much applies to all MABAS ops.

There is a list of box numbers for Effingham County area (which might be the same as the radio ID numbers).

Pages 3, and 4 show how the box cards are organized. The 1st two numbers represent the Agency, so yes that is the agency number. Looks as though Altamont would be 100 and their box cards are 10-xx.

Those frequencies are statewide frequencies and based on MABAS guidelines handed down from Mabas-IL. There are others which I am sure are listed here and in other locations.
