EL panel needed

Greetings!

I need the lighted panel that is used in the PRO-2021 scanner. The part number is GE 85D-6067. That EL panel is no longer available and after searching the internet only very large panels not suitable for digital read out illumination of the LCD display are available.

Any help is much desired.
