It appears 851.700 is being used as a conventional repeater at the El Paso County Sheriff's Dept. Prisoner Admit & Release‎/Criminal Justice Visitors Center at 2739 East Las Vegas Street, Colorado Springs, CO

851.700 is listed as part of the DTRS 0D1C Site 414 but I have not seen it show up there in the last four weeks.
